Terms and Conditions

  1. All courses booked with RDW will be fully chargeable if cancelled within seven days of the start date.

  2. On the arrival of the instructor he will ask to see a Valid LOLER Certificate for the Lift Truck which is a legal requirement, should the certificate be unavaibale the instructor may choose to perform the theory test only and no practical tests. The course will be charged at the full rate and a re-booking required for any practical instructions/tests..

  3. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date issued or a 10 percent daily increase maybe applied.
